Norland Moor Trail Race, 27 Aug 2017
Tod Harriers’ FU23 star Annie Roberts had a storming run at the Norland Moor Trail Race on Saturday, finishing 2nd lady in 57:19, and 19th place overall. For the senior men Matt Flanagan won the V45 age category (7th overall in 53:00), and David Leslie took the V65 honours in 66.56. Race conditions were perfect for the fast, very runnable tour of Norland Moor, this year with an extra 2 kilometres added to the course to test runners’ endurance. Overall race winners were Jonathan Melia of Rossendale Harrier in 51:11 and Emma Raven of Central AC in 56:35.
