As well as informal coaching at pack runs there are structured training sessions delivered by our experienced Level 3 Coach Graeme Wrench every Tuesday at 6.30pm from the car park, Todmorden High School.
The training sessions are aimed at improvement whatever your level or ability. We use the grass track, the park and nearby hills. In bad weather or on dark nights we use the school gym. Graeme will help you improve your strength, speed and flexibility and you can make it as easy or hard as you like – it really works!
- Plyometrics – specific exercises for strength and flexibility
- Interval training
- Hill reps and sprints
