Holme Moss Fell Race is not for the faint-hearted. It is a challenging 25km race that takes in 1285 metres of climb. Starting and finishing at the Cartworth Moor Cricket Club, runners are taken on some grueling ascents and descents around the local moorlands. Andrew Worster put in a superb performance on the day to take 1st place. Nick Barber (club chairman) and Ian Symington (a new member of the club, pictured with Nick) took the team prize. Mel Blackhurst took the women’s V50 prize. The full results are not yet available.
