Covid Update

Covid19 restrictions have now lifted and club activity can return to normal.

As you are aware Covid19 is still around and infection rates remain high in the local area. Therefore participants in club activities should use their own judgment on the use of masks, social distancing and handwashing.

You should not attend any club event if you have symptoms and you should notify chair@todharriers.co.uk you develop symptoms within 48 hours of attending any club event.

Although there are no mandatory requirements, our event starting points will be in areas where participants can maintain social distance.

Monday Runday
The Monday group was initially started to encourage beginners and those getting back to running.
It has progressed from these and we now have 5 groups:

  • A fartlek group – these are runners who want to get faster
  • A medium hilly group approx 10 min mile
  • A medium steady group approx 11 min mile
  • A steady group 12-13 min mile
  • We currently have a run walk group who are increasing their running every week

“Monday Runday” can be whatever you want it to be. Some people come every week; others come intermittently. It doesn’t matter. You don’t have to join it, but we love it when you do.

Our motto is “running together whatever the weather”
