Fairfield Horseshoe Fell Race, 13 May 2017

On Saturday, the Fairfield Horeshoe was held at Rydal Hall, Ambleside. This classic fell race attracted over 370 runners on the day to take on the 14.5k route with 914mtrs of assent. The race winners were Ben Abnelnoor in 1:22:33, and Kirsty Hewitson in 1:47:18. Five Toddies made the journey with Gemma Ford flying the flag for Todmorden, coming in with a time of 1.52.35.
