HAWORTH HOBBLE

Saturday saw 240 runners gather on the cobbles of Haworth High street to take on the famous 32 mile route. The popular event sends runners over the Haworth moor towards Widdop, Hustwood and over towards the Long Causeway before heading up to Stoodley Pike and then north back to Haworth. With over 5000ft of climbing, runners are truly tested to the max. Todmorden’s Mark Rochester finished a very respectable 8th place with a time of 4.53.17 making him the first Toddy home. Kirsty Patten continued to show us her great form by finishing 93rd in a time of 6.08.49. Running as a team, Anthony Lee and Dan Taylor commanded a respectable position by finishing 4th pair in 45th overall place with a great time of 5.35.22. Full Toddy results….
