Three Todmorden runners enjoyed perfect blue skies and sunshine at the Yorkshire Coast 10k on Sunday. Almost 1400 runners were attracted to the scenic out and back route, which followed the coastline from the start/finish at The Spa, passing along both the South and North Bays.
Richard Butterwick continued his current good form, setting a new personal best for the distance of 38:57 for 53rd position.
Laura Sutcliffe crossed the line as eighth V35 woman, and 492nd overall, with a time of 50:41 and Myra Wells finished in 1006th in a time of 1:00:46
