A fast, flat route with a mixture of terrain and a punishing last quarter of a mile up to the castle finish, had 232 runners taking part over in Lancaster on Sunday morning. Tod Harrier Peter Kerridge recorded a great time of 40.52 giving him an overall 12th position and second MV50. Race winners were Ribble Valley’s Ben Walmsley in 34.52 and Lancaster’s Laura Gardner in 42.04
