Mytholmroyd Fell Race,
Last Sunday Todmorden Harriers were out in force at the local Mytholmroyd Fell Race. The twenty three runners were blessed with lovely sunny conditions as they ran from Burnley road up to Wicken Hill, Churn Milk Joan and over to Crow Hill, a 6 mile route involving 1640 feet of ascent. Andrew Worster had a great run and was third in 48.28 and along with Chris Goddard and Duncan Cannon Todmorden took the men’s team prize. Rosa Blackwell (pictured) was the first Tod lady back in 1.07.32 and was 6th female overall. Race winners were Ribble Valley’s Josh Boyle in 47.19, and Pudsey’s Rachel Pilling in 59.11
