The last Wednesday before Christmas is the legendary Tod Harriers Santa run!
After a vocal warm-up with Tod themed Christmas carol “Jungle Run” 64 Santas, Elves and helpers set off at a family friendly pace around Centre Vale park and into the recently re-opened Hare and Hounds to entertain/alarm the punters with “We three toddies”. Onward to Jacks House and a round of “Toddie Wonderland” before continuing on with a loop around Tod centre before the traditional flash-mob of Morrisons. Returning to the Golden Lion for mince pies and mulled wine, one last carol “Santa Claus is running through Tod” was eventually sung, though most Toddies were focused on the bar at that point.
