Plenty of Toddies returned to Barley to take on the Tour of Pendle on Saturday. Nearly 500 runners had pre-entered to battle the 17 miles over Pendle Hill with nearly 5000ft of climbing. The weather was kind this year with clear views and not too wet underfoot, although a mud fest is always guaranteed. Doni Clarke was the first Harrier to finish, finishing in 5th place overall after running most of the way as joint leader. He called it his recci run in preparation for next year. Duncan Cannon established a PB today and Annie Hassel made the podium finishing 3rd Lady. (No results to be found as of writing the report)
