They really don’t come much tougher than the Wasdale Fell Race. A test to even the toughest fellrunner, this brutal race takes runners around the skyline of Wasdale on a 21 mile route, packed with over 9000ft of climbing. Whin Rigg, Pillar, Great Gable and Scafell Pike ar just some of the summits visited before a long descent back into Wasdale. 3 Toddies were among the 117 runners who completed on the day. Annie Roberts was the first Toddy back in 47th place with a time of 5.28.29. Next for the Toddies was Dan Taylor in 96th place in 6.19.49 and the Duncan Ritchie in 107th place finishing in 6.35.43.
