A perfect crisp clear winter day greeted a record turnout of over 500 runners for last weekends third race in the West Yorkshire Winter League cross country race hosted by Pudsey Pacers. The route consisted of two 4.2km laps of an off road 4×4 driving centre giving a good variety of terrain and 220 meters of ascent. There were four Toddies racing, Duncan Cannon put in a very strong run finishing 29th, followed by Peter Kerridge (64th) Stu Wolstenholme (121st) and Richard Blakeley 330th. Todmorden men’s team is currently ranked sixteenth in the league.
